A penetrating primer / sealer used over concrete prior to applying an Ultra Surface Polymer Concrete overlay system to help fight against possible moisture vapor transmission problems from below the surface. For the best protection, use Ultra Surface Moisture Guard as the first coat and MRB Primer as the second coat.
