Here's how we do it:
We provide a complimentary consultation to determine your
garage renovation objectives, both in terms of storage/organization
and design/decor considerations. We measure and photograph your
garage.
We design a garage system just for you, using 3-D computer
software so you can take a virtual tour and see what your new
garage will look like.
We adjust the design-configuration based on your feedback.
We estimate the cost of your garage improvements, including
any general construction work that may be necessary, such as
electrical or plumbing. We also explain our warranty and how
the work will be done, including the schedule.
In preparation for your garage improvements, we can remove
any junk, or recommend partner-firms that specialize in junk
removal and offsite storage.
At the beginning of the job we typically perform general construction
work, and then clean and repair the existing floor before applying
a new finish or installing a new floor. Then we install your
custom system.
During the course of your garage renovations our crew chiefs
frequently monitor job quality and follow up with a final inspection,
then a customer satisfaction survey.
